Terms & Conditions

1.1 Eligibility: Registration is open to professionals, students, startups, sponsors, and industry representatives.
1.2 Registration Fee: All attendees must pay the appropriate registration fee according to their chosen ticket tier. Payment is non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
1.3 Registration Confirmation: Confirmation emails will be sent upon successful registration. Attendees are required to bring a digital or printed copy of their registration details.
1.4 On-Site Registration: Limited on-site registrations may be allowed based on venue capacity.
1.5 Badge Usage: Badges issued during registration must be worn at all times for identification. Badges are non-transferable.

2.1 Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or an authorized online payment platform.
2.2 Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made before February 15, 2025 will receive a 50% refund.

• No refunds will be issued after March 20, 2025.

• Refund requests must be submitted via email to the organizing team.

2.3 No-Shows: No refunds or credits will be provided for non-attendance.
2.4 Early-Bird Discounts: Early-bird rates will apply only within the published deadline.

3.1 Booth Allocation: Exhibitor space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Specific locations cannot be guaranteed.
3.2 Sponsorship Benefits: Sponsors must adhere to the agreed benefits outlined in the sponsorship agreement. Additional requests will incur additional charges.
3.3 Booth Setup and Takedown: Exhibitors must complete their setup before the event starts and remove materials by the specified end time.
3.4 Liability: The organizing committee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged exhibitor property.

4.1 Professional Behavior: All attendees must maintain professional decorum. Harassment, inappropriate conduct, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
4.2 Zero Tolerance Policy: Any form of discrimination, harassment, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
4.3 Event Decorum: Respect for speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, and fellow attendees is mandatory during sessions, workshops, and networking events.
4.4 Photography and Recording: Unauthorized recording, photography, or live streaming of sessions is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

5.1 Agenda Changes: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the agenda, speakers, and schedule as necessary.
5.2 Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), the conference may be postponed or rescheduled. Refund policies will be adjusted accordingly.

6.1 Compliance: Attendees must comply with all health and safety measures, including those related to COVID-19 or any other public health concerns.
6.2 Venue Rules: Participants must follow all safety protocols outlined by the venue.
6.3 Liability Waiver: Attendees agree to attend at their own risk and release the organizers from liability for illness, injury, or property loss.

7.1 Content Ownership: Speakers, presenters, and exhibitors retain the rights to their intellectual property. Reproduction or distribution without consent is prohibited.
7.2 Conference Content: Any materials (e.g., slides, recordings, or handouts) provided are for personal use only.

9.1 Data Usage: Participant data will be collected solely for conference communication and updates. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
9.2 Email Communications: Attendees agree to receive updates and follow-up communications regarding the conference.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ghanaian courts.
